Hillary Clinton's use of private email address while Secretary of State draws scrutiny
Fox News ^ | March 03, 2015 | Fox News

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used a personal e-mail account to exclusively conduct official business during her time at the State Department, a move that raises questions about access to the full archive of her correspondence, as well as the possibility that she violated federal law requiring official messages to be retained for the record.

The existence of the account was discovered by the House select committee investigating the deadly 2012 attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and was first reported by The New York Times.

As long as she was chatting about the satin sheets required for the trip to London, or asking for the veggie tray while in Tokyo....I don’t care.

But when you start to list out the five-hundred-odd daily things that occur and half of them are sensitive or near-classified, and they went via Goggle or Yahoo type e-mail? No, that pretty much will disqualify from an executive type position within the government. If you were my employee....I’d terminate you on the spot for that kind of stupidity.

Oh, dear. Now I am thinking about all of the emails I have received and sent... instructions on how to knit and assemble a virus... cookie recipes... links to Onion articles... yeah, that's all official business.

“draws scrutiny”

But will draw nothing else it should, like 5-10 in a federal penitentiary.

If this is true, then anyone involved in the so-called “Wikileaks scandal” ought to be completely exonerated.

If HRC used secret email accounts, who else did/does? It isn’t just her.

Everyone in this administration uses personal accounts. They also destroy data and other evidence when needed. They are completely immune to our laws. Congress begs them for Lois Learners emails for two years instead of sending an officer to search for them by force. They take their time and sift through the tapes and delete what they want.

Face it, a coup has already happened, most people just don’t realize it yet.

Hmmm. The ‘180’ Day Rule should apply here. After six months in your email account, electronic communications sent or received are deemed abandoned and thus are not subject to Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizure. Per the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986, an administrative subpoena will allow inquiring minds to open up Clinton’s emails for all to see. No warrant necessary.

The NYT is just trying to get the story out early so it can be "old news" during her campaign.
