Hillary Seems Tired, Not Hungry
WSJ ^ | March 13, 2015 | Peggy Noonan

Maybe we’re not stuck in Scandal Land.

For a while I’ve assumed (Hillary Clinton) would run for her party’s nomination and be a formidable candidate in the general election. After Tuesday’s news conference I’m not so sure.

[snip] Her claims—she stayed off the State Department email system for “convenience,” she thought “it would be easier to carry just one device,” her server “contains personal communications from my husband and me”—were so transparent, so quickly disprovable. Minutes later journalists were posting earlier statements in which she said she carries two devices, and The Wall Street Journal’s report saying Bill has sent only two emails in his life.

[snip] Everyone knows what the scandal is. She didn’t want a paper trail of her decisions and actions as secretary of state. She didn’t want to be questioned about them, ever. So she didn’t join the government’s paper-trail system, in this case the State Department’s official email system, which retains and archives records. She built her own private system and got to keep complete control of everything she’d done or written. She no doubt assumed no one outside would ask and no one inside would insist—she’s Hillary, don’t mess with her.

In this house the opinions of her inevitability of the left's candidate to she won't run claiming health problems. I think the latter is the correct ending for the most divisive female politician ever who the press has allowed, until now, to hood-wink the nation as to her perfectness for POTUS. What a Crock!

She gonna be 68 when the 2016 election rolls around. She gonna be old and ready for a retirement home.

If you browbeat, intimidate, pulverize, humiliate and connive on the way up, you will eventually get treble back on the way down. Indians might say Karma, others might say just rewards - the result is the same.

She and Slick have done more than their fair share of it and there are a lot of people in the background ready to see her weakness take her down.

If she can't take the pressure of the scandals, how is she going to handle the pressure of the campaign and ultimately the pressures of being president?

She’s not aged well at all. I think she knows the presidency is out of her reach now and that has to be stressing her to no end. Oh well. She’ll get no sympathy from any of us and very few from her own side of the aisle. A lifetime of destroying people’s lives and careers has come back to get her. What goes around comes around, huh Hillary?

So....here I thought she been spending all this time at that Miami NIP/TUCK place getting the full Suck, Tuck and Lift special and the musta told her “it’s too late”...ergo, the fat-camouflage MAO suit.

I have occasionally over the years done Hague Convention custody cases. For the past several years the US State Department has facilitated the finding of lawyers to handle them so I get occasional emails from the State Department. The most recent one I got said at the bottom “This email is sensitive but not classified.” I never saw this before. My guess is that they are establishing new protocols.

Why are the Leftists all of a sudden jumping on Hillary? Why is she suddenly persona non grata? Yes! The truth should come out--all of it. But why now? There have been much worse scandals--much worse offenses--much worse crimes!

Woodward and Bernstein exposed Nixon's crimes. Then they retired into sleazy self-congratulation, apparently oblivious to much worse crimes committed by subsequent Presidents and other politicians.

Now suddenly the Leftists have turned on Hillary.

Why?

These people certainly have not discovered the importance of truth for its own sake. There's no question about that.

And they certainly have not suddenly committed themselves to benevolent revolutionary acts (note tagline).

They do call to mind Harry Truman's sage observation (one of many): "If you need a friend in Washington, get a dog."

I don't know why anyone would be talking about her "inevitability" as a presidential candidate in 2016. Remember that she was thrown under the bus by Democrats in 2008, in favor of the jug-eared nitwit who sits in the White House now.

What has changed in the last seven years that makes her a stronger candidate in 2016 than she was in 2008? If anything, she's just seven years older, more haggard-looking, and more scandal-ridden than she was in 2008.

Compare her to Ronald Reagan back in 1980. Reagan was older than Hillary when he won the presidency. Yet, he was full of energy and vitality on the campaign trail that year. He acted as though he were decades younger even though he was nearly 70 when he won the presidency. Pretty simple to figure out. Compare the political and personal lives of Hillary Clinton and Ronald Reagan, and you can see why Reagan was full of life and energy compared to the Hag who seems depressed and ready to throw in the towel.

Everytime I read Peggy Noonan I have to run and get another insulin shot. I’m reminded that we listen to senile old Aunts out of kindness and a certain respect, but Peggy is the creepy old Aunt, the one that hugs you too much and is doused in perfume.

If anybody here believes Peggy hasn't been permanently brain injured by breathing too much Obolagaz, just red this, FTA:

In 2008 Barack Obama had impressive, disciplined people around him—David Axelrod,Robert Gibbs,David Plouffe. I remember thinking at the time that they were something unusual in politics: normal.

She desires the presidency more than she desires eternal life. She sold her soul to the devil and lost.

“With age comes wisdom” or so I have always been told. What does it matter what a candidate, male or female, looks like?

It shouldn’t matter but I am afraid it does. I am much more concerned about her lying, drinking and illegal behavior than I am her looks or whether or not she has had “work done” on her face.

I think she knows the presidency is out of her reach now and that has to be stressing her to no end.

You would think that she just might think the way you described but she actually thinks that she is a shoe-in and she just has to muscle through all the hard stuff.

Through to the end she will believe that she is owed the presidency because of who she is. In fact, she will be seen like Norma Desmond expecting the film to keep rolling on her glorious talent.

This lady has an unreal picture of herself. Of course we all want her to be the very first woman president. Why wouldn't we want that?

All she has to do is speak and all of our hearts will melt into compliance.

IMHO Obola’s out to get the Witch and is doing it indirectly because a dirt attack carries too much risk of MAD.
