Palmetto, Fla., (March 25, 2015)Six veterans completed Southeastern Guide Dogs 12-day, on-campus Service Dog training course with their carefully matched canines and will be going home with new tools to deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Their graduation was held today at The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.

I can’t comment on PTSD, I haven’t done what these vets did, but I know myself pretty well, and I can be kinda...well I’ll just say that my beloved dog keeps me centered in a world that drives me crazy all day, every day.
Hanging out with her puts me in a mood that is okay. She puts a smile on my face and joy in my heart.
Dogs have a certain....je ne sais quas. LOL! Luv us some pups.
