By the time it became visible to those in the car it struck, it was too late - should be on a 3x5 card pasted to the front of the train--it would be just as useful to those that can't recognize a train coming their way....
I was referring to the high speed bullet train that browneye wants to build from LA to SF. lol
That does seem to suggest they knew they had a problem—that they addressed ineffectually.
