I think I read somewhere that he may be the only foreign minister still at the talks. Most, if not all of the others have left thinking that their underlings can handle things and if there's some kind of breakthrough they'll fly back. It appears as if most countries in attendance have given up except for the U.S., who are making fools of themselves trying to get Iran to take a deal.

At this point they are probably negotiating how many survivors the U.S. will be allowed to take after Iran nukes Tel Aviv. Iran is pushing for zero, as the ayatollahs want to shoot them, but Kerry is holding out for the right to get a few Obama bundlers out.

Of course Kerry is staying.
His motto: Damn the consequences! I have not yet begun to surrender!
Surely he does not wish to return and have to face the Iranian POTUS Valerie Jarrett without a Capitulation Proclamation.

Old Hanoi Horseface loves waving his little white flag at the muzzies. The boy just doesn’t want to give up and go home.

Good thing Bibi stood up to them. He made it harder for them to make “a deal.”
