If we did, no one would ever know it.

The news surely wouldn’t say ONE word about it. And the polititians there would remain in their private sanctuaries like ostriches with their heads buried.

It would take 10 million and they better bring torches and pitchforks.

Even then, Obama and his crew would ignore us or have us killed.

[Anderson pointed out] Indiana's legislative text reflects both the Supreme Court's Hobby Lobby precedent, as well as the obvious reality that organizations like the New York Times and MSNBC can exercise First Amendment rights despite being corporations.

Wow. Never thought of that aspect...corporations like NYT and MSNBC are corporations that get First Amendment protection, then why not small businesses?! So very true.

What happens when a Wicca lesbian owned pizza parlor refuses to serve bar mitzvahs?

The first amendment’s protections for the right to peacefully assemble (for the purpose of business) also include the right to NOT assemble. Therefore any law, regardless of so called “public access” or “public accommodation” that REQUIRES a private business to offer services to those which it does not want to do business with is unconstitutional.

That is of course correct.

Unfortunately out of fear, we gave up that argument a long time ago.

I think half of MSNBC’s audience is media monitors like newsbusters and townhall. The 24 liberals who actually watch this probably thought Schulzy was right.

“What happens when a Wicca lesbian owned pizza parlor refuses to serve bar mitzvahs?”

You are assuming the rule of law still applies?
