I think the solution is to study this thing a lot. New environmental impact studies should be conducted and that may take several years now that the kit fox is under scrutiny. The whole rail project should be placed on whole during these studies. Who knows? Maybe when they are studying this they may find a new species such as the transgendered Malaysian leaping lemur flea that will also need to be studied for about twenty years. Biodiversity - it must be protected!

This turn of events is so predictable. All I can figure is that the corrupt sobs who are already set to make a bundle off this bungle are going to work up some costs overruns due to the kit fox — and increase their ill-gotten payday.
