According to the latest report by the Department of Health (DOH) last February, 20 new cases of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) are diagnosed every day. This is almost 50 percent higher from the number of cases reported daily in 2012.

We know how AIDS is contracted. We know it can be fatal. Yet, people are still contracting it 30 years after we first learned of it. And our tax dollars are still being confiscated from us to pay for treatment and education. Same goes for Hep C. We are living in an alternate reality. It must be me who just does not get it.

Part of the issue is that males who are not per say homosexuals in the normal course of nature, but are incarcerated in prison; and as SEX is such a high driven natural issue, they will make use of a weaker male to slack their needs one them. Thus passing on the HIV virus.
When any one of them get out and go back to wives or girlfriends, they then pass the HIV on to them. The Dept. of Corrections in NO state is required to tell a spouse or partner of the inmate’s HIV status. HIPPA strikes again.
Thus you are seeing a growing number of Females with HIV. Highest in the black population.
How did such a previously reviled class of individuals overcome their well deserved negative status to become, pound for pound, one of the most potent and feared political entities, while simultaneously transitioning from scorned to protected.

Well, they don't do they? That does seem a bit odd for a disease that is supposedly CONTAGIOUS like the common cold.
But to me, this all pretty much just a summary of the nonsense spewed out by the CDC.
Their own data tells us that HIV is not really contagious in the normal sense - as I said, like the common cold. That same data tells us that there is nothing that actually proves that HIV is the cause of AIDS and that AIDS is therefore a contagious disease. AIDS is simply a collection of diseases that are mostly the result of a collapsed immune system. That happens mostly to homosexuals and drug users with or without HIV. They die.
An AIDS diagnosis based on the state of the immune system is serious business - by definition. An HIV diagnosis is meaningless. But, if you are diagnosed with all the normal AIDS symptoms and test negative for HIV you are not declared to be an AIDS victim. You still die, but not of AIDS. Does that make any sense at all?
I'm still looking for the "proof positive" that HIV causes AIDS. I've been looking for it since the late 80's, over 25 years. I haven't found it yet.
