In the World of political correctness, that is all that is necessary. Should they desire to be a neuro surgeon, same thing. In the land of political correctness, skills, training, talent, experience mean nothing. All that matters is being the correct minority.
They leave some of the most opressive countries on Earth, real cesspools of filth and depravity and when they get to another country, they try to make it just like their original country was.....why not just stay home...
