I think Slush Fund is the appropriate term. Hillary's political future just went into the toilet. She's toast.

So where did the other 94% of the money go? Into Hillary’s pocket? Into Bill’s pocket?? Into Chelsea’s $10 million swank Manhattan condo???

From what we know of the money grubbing Clintons it’s amazing ANY money goes to real people in need.

But Hillary won’t go quietly.

Will we reach a point where leading Democrats have an intervention type meeting, and tell her it’s over???

All of this news is very bad news for HIllary, however, if nobody steps up to challenge her in the primaries, she will still get the Dem. nomination by default.

And I'd guess since it's a charity, that $140 million was tax free, and tax deductible to those who donated.

When will Harry Reid proclaim that the Clintons don't pay taxes?

As I understand it in order to maintain a ax exempt status a “Charitable Foundation” must distribute at least 15% of its assets each and every year to charitable works. The Klintons may be in even more trouble than expected.

I hope you are right. CNN (which has been instigating rioting) and Hillary must be happy with the Baltimore riots since it keeps her scandals off the top of the news.

The money was made as a result of the Clinton's influence pedaling The money is largely spent buying influence, loyalty and votes for the Clintons. The rest, they pocket. It is as simple as that. Is this legal? Hell, no! Wake up Lannie Davis.

This issue was brought up after Haiti by none other than Bill O’Reilly. Clinton raises it and uses it as a club, but rarely doles it out.

It is a race.. If she can go the distance without being ruined and gain the nomination, she is in and knows it. Once nominated, she WILL win the presidency, from which she can contain ALL the complaints, through her flying monkeys in the media or through the democratic machine’s death grip on government.

Unexpected and unprecedented given that the number used to be 15% last week. How low can it go?

This reminds me of scam that Lenny Bruce did with charitable donations.

Bruce went door-to-door soliciting donations for a charity and gave 1/3 of the money to a legitimate charity and kept 2/3 of the donations for himself and that was legal. The Clintons can’t even part with 1/3 of their money to a charity.

Of course, I doubt that anyone who donated to the Clintons really expected their money to go to a legitimate charity. I’m guessing that most of the Clinton donators knew that the Clinton Foundation was just a way to launder bribes to the Clinton Crime Family. And those donators are going to be upset if Hillary isn’t elected President and they get nothing for their bribes.

It's worth noting that the Charles Koch foundation paid 86.7% of expenses as charitable grants, contributions and gifts in 2013. In 2012, it was 79.6%.

The foundation did take in a lot more contributions than expenses each year, so it's assets have substantially increased.

The David Koch Foundation spent nearly 100% on charitable grants in 2003. Expenses were nearly zero.
