I wish I could introduce Richard Cohen and Lloyd Green to Antonio Morgan. Cohen of course is my Washington Post colleague and columnist. Green is a former Justice Dept. official and former opposition research counsel for the Republican Party.
The two wrote remarkably similar columns this week about Hillary Clintonís response to the protests and riots in Baltimore. Both compared the civil unrest of 2015 to the civil unrest in 1968. Both cited Nixonís ďtough on crimeĒ campaign, which even members of that campaign team have since admitted was an overt, often racist appeal to white fear of black people.

Of course not.
She is clearly Tip O’Neal.
Now don’t be sad...cause two out of three ain’t bad.
It’s official. Hillary will be pulling out. Because for WaPo to headline an article with Tankboy and Thighness in the same proximity, they want to burn the association into liberals consciousness.
Long. But brings up some good points.
This Lloyd Green?
He’s one of my heroes!
“And Hillary Clinton isnt Michael Dukakis.”

“She is clearly Tip O’Neal.”

Every time I see that name, “Dukakis,” I just have to laugh. It just sounds like crap.
Who is her Thighness?
Election day is a long way away. And so far, riots haven’t been what they were in the 60s (or even what they were in the 90s). Hillary isn’t invulnerable by any means, but it’s way too soon to count her out.
