So, how much Wisconsin State business did Scott Walker miss while he was visiting Israel?

Yeah - because the H1b visa problem is by far the most important issue of 2016..........
Cruz has been the best solution since before he announced.
If he wants to let some legal, documented Tech workers while sealing the border to the Chamber of Commerce loving low skilled laborers and the drug dealing criminals then I’m all for it. Issue away!
Perspective - needed when evaluating all issues.

Seriously?
You don't think being on the other side of the world did not impair Walker's ability to deal with Wisconsin state issues?

The Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on adoption of S.Con.Res.16, stating the policy of the U.S. regarding the release of U.S. citizens in Iran. Final passage was 90-0.
Not voting...
Booker (D-NJ) Cruz (R-TX) Graham (R-SC) Kirk (R-IL) Rubio (R-FL) Sanders (I-VT) Sullivan (R-AK) Thune (R-SD) Vitter (R-LA) Wyden (D-OR)
What are their flimsy excuses this time?
Honestly, I don't think it matters. If Cruz misses a critical vote in which his presence or absence actually affects the outcome, then that would be a problem. But he's too sharp to let one of those get by him. For everything else, I want him out there building his presidential juggernaut. It takes a lot of work, and he's the guy I want to see win, so whatever he has to do to make that happen, within the bounds of law and Christian morality, that's what he should be doing. Leave the fluff symbolism to others. We have bigger fish to fry. Ok, mixing metaphors there, but oh well ...
Peace,
SR

Cruz spoke about tying H1b visas to pay equal to what Americans earn. Basically remove the incentive to hire foreign workers over Americans unless you really can’t find an American for the jobs.

I'm fairly sure you weren't going to vote for Cruz anyway. lol!
Doesn't matter. I have an agenda. I know who I want to vote for, and I know who I send real money to.
That is Cruz.
I look forward to voting for him.

There are 16 candidates with possibly more coming. How are they going to fit them all on the stage for Debate #1?
To: onedoug
Don't worry about it. Those that can put things in proper perspective will take up the slack, providing votes and real money to the Cruz campaign.
I know who I want to and who I will vote for.

Sorry. I misread you. I though you asked, how much state business had he done?
My answer to your correction stands.

Don’t worry about tax money, eh? Seems rather glib to me. And says something about the mess we’re all in.

Wonder why bill boards are going up in Wisconsin telling Scott to come home and take care of business?

I'm making my monthly donation in May to Cruz for President in recognition of Mark Halperin for questioning Cruz's Hispanic heritage, and all others with doubts on issues of a similar priority.
P.S. Lindsey Graham must be an avid reader of Hot Air. Who else is foolish enough to cast the single vote for Graham in the poll?
To: onedoug
LOL! The lack of proper perspective says a lot about the shape we're in.
As I said, it doesn't matter. Lots more have an agenda of getting Cruz elected, and they actually send time, votes, and real money.
The anti-Cruz crowd can't do much.
And since Cruz is my senator, he's doing what I want him to do.

But, but, but Walker was on a “listening tour” and it was supposed to give him “foreign policy chops”. When I read that nonsense I LOL.

“Most people realize that legal immigration is different from illegal immigration, and understand where that fight belongs, considering how few votes legal immigration effects.”
Exactly. Illegal immigration is destroying the border states, and will destroy the rest of the country in due time. I’ve just escaped Mexifornia and I know firsthand what it’s like.
Blame the dumbing down of our education system for the H1-B problem. Our own students won’t major in anything difficult - because they were not taught the basics. The majority of those getting masters degrees in engineering are foreign, for example. Not to mention the entitlement attitude our kids are taught, which makes them think they are owed a living.
I’m voting for Cruz. Walker is iffy on amnesty - he’s flip-flopped on it 3 times, the last being right when deciding to run. That’s not something I’d risk the future of our country on.
