Anecdotally, I have seen evidence of tbis beginning in the sheer volume of out of state plates.
It has now passed the Kansas Senate and is on the way to Brownback’s desk.
This is just completely insane. It was really a no win situation as the corrupt Kansas media was going to crucify the Republicans for cutting programs (oh the children, the poor) to get under budget or now, criticizing them for raising people’s taxes. I am so upset with the Republicans for caving to our corrupt media. We the people’s just need to tell these liberals that dominate the media to just shove it and not care what they print or say.
