This is a horrendous crime, but I don’t see how any type of police work could have prevented it from happening.
And beleaguered too what I mean!!!!
While I don't like to see all this bloodshed, what did they expect to happen? They wanted less of a police presence. They got it.

These people got what they asked for. The police haven’t shut down because they were criticised... The police fear that any questioning of a black person will result in their arrest and prosecution before an investigation.

Remember those two monsters that were arrested and thrown in jail the next time some lib starts wringing his/her hands about the greater percentage of blacks in jail. That’s the type of people who end up in jail, not based on the color of their skin, but based on their criminal activities, usually targeting other blacks.
It wouldn’t have happened that way at most white evangelical or charismatic churches, because the leadership, deacons/trustees/elders or whatever they might be called and the ushers are usually armed.
I guess the people had better learn to defend themselves and police their own neighborhoods. Vigilante justice may need to have a comeback.
The whole point of CCW is to enable a private citizen to defend himself and his loved ones when police are not around.

Very dumb. On the one hand, ‘I’m in a fight with my neighbors, that I CAN resolve’. On the OTHER hand, ‘I CHOSE a fight with the guy who protects me when my neighbor STILL wants to fight.’
A third suspect, 14 years old, has been arrested and is being charged as an adult. This was a gang initiation, according to the police.

So what does this mean? Are the cops supposed to protect the lives of petty criminals while they do their “petty street crime” unimpeded?

When people are INCAPABLE of controlling themselves... THAT’S why we have governments and THAT’S why we have police.
No law without order... no freedom without law. It ain’t rocket science.
