Judges have taken advantage of European and human rights laws to take power over democratically-elected politicians, one of the heads of the judiciary has said.

A rebellious generation of lawyers who grew up in the “disrespectful” 1960s and 70s has exploited the weakness of politicians to build up its own influence, Lord Neuberger argued.

In a speech made public yesterday, Lord Neuberger, president of the Supreme Court, highlighted the role of unelected judges in taking political decisions when elected politicians are too scared to act.

In the speech, given to mark the 800^th anniversary of Magna Carta, Lord Neuberger said there were seven ways in which judges had applied what he called “judicial aggrandizement”.

They included the use of EU law, which allows judges to overrule laws made by Parliament, and Tony Blair’s Human Rights Act, which he said “has given judges a quasi-constitutional function”. …

Well, at least they use some standards! The US “judges” use base urges as their standard——pulling rights out of Marx’s hat-—his irrational, vile ideology which strips Natural Law and God’s Law from Rule of Law and posits Rule of “judges”-—oligarchy, Satan, obama, or whatever you want to substitute.

They have actually taken “Right Reason” out of “Just Law” and posited irrational, insanity like boys are girls and he is a she——it is DUMB and irrational and Marxist Gender Theory which denies babies their biological parent.....makes them an object to be bought and sold and women’s bodies into breeding factories. It is flipping Good and Evil of West. Civ to the ethics of the harem boys of Afghanistan, or Nero’s ethics where he sodomized and castrated little boys and “married” them with his homosexual buddies for show. Really sick, evil “judges” who throw out Right Reason and Truth/God-—for convoluted unjust (unconstitutional), evil law.

A Just Law can NEVER promote Vice like sodomy, where humans are used in vile, purposeless, sterile ways as a Means to and End-—just like slavery.
