For the things you listed, I agreed about 0bama’s 2nd election prospects and the witch not running, at those times. I don’t know what you’re referring to about children or the markets.
As for Limbaugh in general, I find myself switching to Gibson half the time for various reasons. I do miss the DMZ (Miller) program.
There is a sure cure for socialism; seeing it in action.
Remember the schoolteacher whose students were favoring socialism, and used it in grading his classes? All the marks were averaged and everyone got the same grade, regardless of how well or how little they learned. Those who worked hard for superior grades found it pointless to continue the effort, and those who were doing poorly had no incentive to improve. So the overall grades rapidly approached the failure level.
Like the old Soviet saying, “we pretend to work; they pretend to pay us”.
Collectivism by CHOICE (Grange, Amish, etc.) is not necessarily a bad thing. Collectivism by FORCE is quite another matter.
