Obama to Introduce New Rules to Desegregate Neighborhoods

The Obama administration on Wednesday will announce new rules requiring cities to look for racial bias in housing practices in order to promote racially integrated neighborhoods, the Washington Post reported on Wednesday.

The rules would further the work of the landmark 1968 Fair Housing Act, which made it illegal to refuse to sell or rent a home to a person based on race, religion, gender or national origin.

The Post said cities and towns now would be required to look for patterns of racial bias in local housing, report the results every three to five years and set goals on how to reduce segregation in housing.

Julian Castro, secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, will announce the new rules on Wednesday in Chicago, the Post said.

"This is the most serious effort that HUD has ever undertaken to do that," the Post quoted Castro as saying. "I believe that it's historic."

Just told myself, “A year and a half to go”, but that’s a year and a half too long, and no guarantee a Republican, any Republican, will take over.

And, if a Republican wins, he/she may be a RINO and actually do same, even if at a slower pace.

I’m surprised no one has considered that this is a test pogrom intended to get White Americans into Ghettos.

Instead of being sent by train and boxcar into ghettos, Obama will set the ghettos up where whites now exist in majority in areas that Obama has declared ‘hostile’.

Genocidal Marxist despots always reorganize where their populations are allowed to live for easier control.

Do we not see what the intent of this really is?

There isn’t a real bourgeoisie anymore; in fact, there never was much of one in the US. Tocqueville remarked on this fact on his journeys here.

The bourgeoisie was the rentier class, a temporal economic artifact of the beginnings of the Industrial Revolution. It was composed of the aristocrats and landed gentry that lived off of the income generated by the land, and later, from the income generated by the dispossessed working class in their factories.

The bourgeoisie did not exist as a class by the end of WW II. Those who were not stripped of power and wealth by Hitler and Stalin were immiserated by the Great Depression.

Socialism is just an initiative to replace the ruling class based on hereditary privilege or economic merit with one based on political power.

A similar thing happened during the Clintons' administration.

HUD proceeded with plans to open a home for various sorts in a Berkeley, Calif. neighborhood. The neighbors objected strenuously and peacefully.

Roberta Achtenberg of Clinton's HUD launched investigations of citizens of Berkeley, Calif. who had opposed HUD proposals with letter-writing, pamphleteering or other forms of peaceful protest. Achtenberg ordered the protesters to turn over diaries, phone messages and other personal papers. She threatened to fine the protesters $50,000.

A federal judge cleared the way for bureaucrats and Ms Achtenberg herself, personally, to be held accountable and open to legal action.

Court document

I did not read much of the document but I do recall reading that the decisions left bureaucrats open to be personally responsible for their actions on the job and they could be sued as individuals.

For example the court wrote, "When government officials violate citizens' clearly established First Amendment rights, however, we will not apply the doctrine of qualified immunity to defeat a remedy of damages to which the citizens are entitled under Bivens." para #92

There's a little more information here

So the government employees had better be respectful of opposition lest they be held personally and individually accountable and lose their assets.

Home in the country might not work. They’ll probably build HUD housing in the middle of nowhere. With views, no less.

The idea is for the 1% to live in safe gated communities and everyone else to live in crime-infested neighborhoods.

its easy to enforce.
No (federally guaranteed) loan to a white person if the neighborhood is not sufficiently integrated.
"Problem" solved.
MaoBama cannot force blacks into neighborhoods as easily as he can prevent whites from moving into racially "segregated" neighborhoods.
Older whites will pay cash for the house. The only ones who can get loans are "sons of MaoBama". The "rich white folks" see their investment lose value quickly.

You forgot to mention the loud, drunken brawls in the street an hour after bar closing time when their slutty daughter drags home a few inebriated young tomcats to fight over who gets to be her sperm donor for the evening.

Yeah, lived next to Section 8 once.
