This urinating vagrant turned a busy stretch of Broadway into his own private bathroom yesterday – an offense that would result in a mere summons if Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito and her pals get their way.
Wrapped in rags and a Mets blanket the hobo wandered into traffic at around 10:30 a.m. and relieved himself as cabs, cars and buses whizzed by between West 83rd and 84th streets on the Upper West Side.

Since the cars, cabs, and buses were whizzing by, he probably just decided to join in.

DeBlasio hasn’t been in there long enough to do his damage, has he?
Seems like the Bloomberg administration started NYC down this slippery slope.
No matter, Mayor Bill will make sure even the Dinkin’s days will be looked upon fondly.
I have family members going to NYC for a visit in a couple of weeks.
They have been there often and I’ll be interested to see if they notice a difference,

I’m with you. The whole country is going that way and it can’t happen fast enough for me. We all need to wallow in it and maybe people will wake up. Actually I think a lot of people are awake. The nerve Trump has touched has been inflamed and just below the surface, it just needs a good enough push to send it mainstream.
He’s also taken to closing down as many lanes as possible on the streets of Manhattan to make them look pretty, and removing as much street parking as possible to show off his bicycle-friendliness.
Aim in the general direction of City Hall

I visited NYC/Manhattan in 2002. I was shocked at the cleanliness of Battery Park, the subway platforms and stairs, the streets around Wall Street.
I was used to Market Street in San Francisco looking like a pig stye of litter and waste and the contrast was shocking.
Culture matters. Liberals ruin everything they touch.
They want feel like they are at home in Caracas...
