The BS part is, could it all melt? No, not even remotely likely.

Exactly. Especially when the poles are in the dark for almost half the year at a time. They're losing more heat than they're bringing in. They're not thawing out.

At one point in the earth's history, there were no poles, and somehow, we're here.

Imagine that.

How about a map of what the earth would look like if all the water evaporated?

Or if the earth was covered in unicorns and peacocks?

Don’t get too cocky in “flyover” country. I’ve seen sea shells at about 7,000 ft. in the big Horn Mountains along the Wyoming-Montana border.

My home in Orange County CA is at about 15’ above sea level, so I’m screwed.
