The entire ordeal of a trial took too long. By my thinking, there was something about this particular trial being in the news that has inspired a couple of mentally fragile people to act out some of their most violent fantasies. If this trial has lasted yet another week, I’m betting we would have seen yet another Joker Style, theater shoot up.
I’d give him a five minute head start.. then let Planned Parenthood have him.

My grand daughter was murdered in March 1993. One juror lied when the judge her the same question. She wouldn’t agree to first degree murder so she wouldn’t have to vote for the death penalty.
Problem is there’s no remedy for this misbehavoir.

Justice is never certain as long as he breathes. Some future government, appeal or President could commute or reduce his sentence. For that matter Obama could commute the sentence of a poor misguided Muslim who should be confined to a psychiatric facility until he is “better.” (Mega sarcasm flag). I don’t trust the politicized justice system to keep terrorists locked up forever.
