As a kid who grew up in Southern Cal, I can testify to that point. Mexicans and blacks do NOT get along en masse. There are, of course, individuals that get along. But at least in school, there was plenty of evidence that in general they do not mix.
I know when I was in the service and stationed in San Diego, I and other SoCal types tried to convince black sailors not to go into Tijuana. They were marked targets down there. Anyone could get shaken down in TJ, but Black sailors and Marines got it worse. Typically a Mexican National would start a fight, the police would show, and the Mexican would go home and the foreigner would go to jail.
We had to tear a bar to pieces one time to get a couple of shipmates out and back across the border because one of them had made the mistake of talking to a Mexican girl.

...this is about the whole country bowing down to these stupid, idiot people who don't work, don't study, and never intend to unless its some simpleton course that they get graded on a curve to pass....
