The skin heads (or klan or whatever they are) at issue currently active in the existing group may be complete asshats, but they have not committed any crimes (that anyone can prove), or presumably they would be in prison and RICO would have been used to tear up their organization. This group agitates and apparently prints stupid newsletters. Big whoop. So did Ron Paul.
ISIS, in contrast are active terrorists, committing crimes and war.

Right, there has to be a limit at some point (hence my extreme example). If people cut their relatives out of their will, that’s OK by me and should be upheld, but this is another level. If that group is as bad as made out in the article, that is.
If the individuals so described and denied the right to receive a bequest had actually been convicted of a felony, yeah, sure.
