On one of the cable shows last night, it was suggested that one of Hillary's staffers might have removed the "Top Secret" markings from the emails before they got to Hillary (why would you do that?) That could be her way out of this. Some flunkie will take the fall, Hillary will be "appalled" that anyone on her staff would do such a thing, mystery solved, let's move on.
She did get away with it. She will never do a second’s prison time. As for finding criminal activity in the Clinton Foundation, all they have to do is look.

It's like an exponential Pandora's Box. Sure Hillary can scrub her server. But what about the other 1,000 servers which do backups involved in the chains of communications?
on February 8, 1998, with pressure mounting to impeach Bill Clinton, George Stephanopoulos appeared on ABC’s This Week with Sam Donaldson and Cokie Roberts. Stephanopoulos had resigned as White House communications chief in 1996 and become an ABC news analyst. But he was still carrying the Clintons’ water, as his next words made clear.
Stephanopoulos announced that the Clinton White House was planning what he called an “Ellen Rometsch” strategy. He explained that Rometsch was an East German spy who had managed to become John F. Kennedy’s lover. According to Stephanopoulos, the Kennedy White House threatened to open up the FBI files and divulge embarrassing or incriminating information on anyone who attempted to blow the whistle on JFK’s affair with Rometsch. If pressed to the wall, the Clinton White House would do likewise, said Stephanopoulos.
Sam Donaldson asked, “Are you suggesting for a moment that what they’re beginning to say is that if you investigate this too much, we’ll put all your dirty linen right on the table? Every member of the Senate? Every member of the press corps?”
To which Stephanopoulos replied, “Absolutely. The president said he would never resign, and I think some around him are willing to take everyone down with him.”
This was a clear threat, delivered openly, on national television. Through Stephanopoulos, the Clintons were warning Congress and the media to back off. The threat worked.
David P. Schippers, who was Chief Investigative Counsel for the Clinton impeachment, reveals in his book Sell-Out that Republican leaders, from the get-go, had no intention of holding a proper impeachment trial or of convicting Bill Clinton. It was all a charade.
I wouldn't be so sure about that Trey.

Another great talker, no action congresscritter. Who got her, perhaps that is, you Gowdy? No, it was Judicial Watch and a decent judge. Meanwhile, all we got from the Boehner led congress is hot air, smoking guns, and no follow through. Of course, that is Boehner’s style i.e. just keep enough spotlight on to bring up the curtain but once raised, only Kabuki theater.

Or a hacker could have intercepted the email, sold the contents to the highest bidder, sanitized it, then sent it on.
There are all kinds of scenarios that could have occurred - none of them good and none of which exonerate Her Thighness.
She is running for president...unscathed so far.

Ha! Ha! actually this time it is for the email thing but excellent point.
Were the emails with classified info for Shrillary’s eyes only or were they CC’d to other state dept. people as well? If others got them, did they get the version with marks removed or the original version?
This is just the tip of a huge iceberg. More questions are being raised every day and with each new revelation.
