'Born classified': Hillary Clinton's best argument in the email scandal just got destroyed
Reuters ^ | 21 Aug 15 | Unknown

NEW YORK (Reuters) - For months, the U.S. State Department has stood behind its former boss Hillary Clinton as she has repeatedly said she did not send or receive classified information on her unsecured, private email account, a practice the government forbids.

While the department is now stamping a few dozen of the publicly released emails as "Classified," it stresses this is not evidence of rule-breaking. Those stamps are new, it says, and do not mean the information was classified when Clinton, the Democratic frontrunner in the 2016 presidential election, first sent or received it.

But the details included in those "Classified" stamps — which include a string of dates, letters and numbers describing the nature of the classification — appear to undermine this account, a Reuters examination of the emails and the relevant regulations has found.

The new stamps indicate that some of Clinton's emails from her time as the nation's most senior diplomat are filled with a type of information the U.S. government and the department's own regulations automatically deems classified from the get-go — regardless of whether it is already marked that way or not.

Everyone with clearance has been saying this since day one. However, prosecution remains completely at the discretion of the executive branch.

She was appointed for political reasons (get her out of the way in the primary) rather than for experience and skills set.

Our ambassador paid the price for this decision.

And lets not forget that she wasn’t even supposed to have this server in the first place!

Such a falacious argument. Any information, marked as classified or not, that deals with current or recent operations, troop or VIP (ambassadors, heads of state, etc.) movement or readiness levels, measures of troop or security status, or discussions about such, are classified and the SecState is fully aware of this. Aggregation of components of any of the above is also classified. HRC knew this at the time and if anything in the emails contained all or part of the aforementioned information, and she did nothing to notify her SSO, she is guilty of spillage at the least and espionage at the worst.

With everything she’s done in her life, I still marvel at how she sleeps at night. No conscience whatsoever.

Notice those pictures. That woman is repulsive. What is inside her psyche distorts her appearance.

Her entire argument is specious.

The proof is easily demonstrated via a logical syllogism of the type:
All apples are fruit.
I am eating an apple.
Therefore, I am eating a fruit.

It is a complete impossibility that the Secretary of State would never send nor receive classified data.

She used her private server for all correspondence.

Therefore, she used her private server to send and receive classified data.

Where are all the Washingtonholes who were frothing at the mouth over Edward Snowden?

Why aren't they calling for "Felony" Clinton to be strung up?

Because she can mess them up REAL GOOD, that's why...

If she ONLY used her server for all email, she had no other way to get classified information, did she?

She once mentioned “other channels”. She could be a little more forthcoming about these “other channels,” to convince us they existed.

Are we a nation of laws? Will justice be done? Or, are we a nation of elites, who are above the law and therefor allowed to rule over the peasants as they see fit.

We will soon find out. But in the meantime I am compelled to ask, When did HRC become anointed Goddess of America, free of liability, and unaccountable for her lawless immoral actions?

A proper secured system would not have allowed her to send classified data to a recipient who did not have the proper security clearance. Which is why she didn't want a secured system.

I'm sure she received and sent classified data. I'm also sure that her minions didn't put "classified" tags on the data she received.

Good point. Also, the Secretary of State has "original classification authority." Individuals with OCA are entrusted to determine when material should be considered and handled as classified. They do not need to "derive" classification because information comes from other classified sources.

In other words, as SoS Hillary was supposed to know and recognize that information should be classified, even determine if new information coming in should be marked classified. She has no excuse, absolutely none. If she is incapable of making that determination as SoS then why in the {expletive} should anyone trust her to make such determinations at the head of the Executive Branch - where all classification authority comes from.

In other words, by saying "It wasn't marked and I didn't know." is a confession by Hillary that she is unfit for the duties of the office of President. Thanks Hillary, you just disqualified yourself.

Some would say that Kerry was the ‘worst’ of all Sec of States. But if you defined ‘dumb’, and then went over the past twenty-odd people....she’s lacking a lot of the credentials expected of the job.

You can go back to and look over the crowd. William Jennings Bryan did two years in the Wilson era and was a good lawyer, but really didn’t have any international background whatsoever.

Dean Rusk and William Rogers were uniquely qualified for the job. Condi Rice and Madeline Albright both had university backgrounds and were qualified for the job.

Hillary? No education factor and no background. Other than attending parties and arranging things for Clinton Foundation players....there’s nothing much to be said.
