Finally, GOP primary voters, who place themselves to the left of the Republican Party....

That's the Sanders wing of the GOP - :)

I've HEARD he's very well liked by the monocle and top hat crowd but since they don't invite me to their gatherings, I wouldn't know for sure.

Any polls on how Trump is doing with Democrats?

Are you saying that Mr. Peanut is a Yebbie supporter? I know Mr. Peanut personally and he's for Trump.

Oh, Bush is a republican. It’s just the rest of us aren’t.

Yep, a lifelong Democrat friend of mine.

For goodness sakes!

Right    Middle    Left
23%           23%      25%

A TWO percent difference...

So what is the margin of error?

From the poll:

The Bayesian confidence interval for 1,000 interviews is 3.5, which is roughly equivalent to a margin of error of ±3.1 at the 95% confidence level.

Quote: Supposed sex scandal

He admitted to keeping up a woman on the side, unbeknownst to his wife. If it was strictly platonic, he should have stayed in the race. I am afraid, he, like Cosby, had a lot more to be discovered, I supported him and gave him the benefit of the doubt, but his red handed admission, after an initial denial, lost me.

During the primary campaign in 2012, I had an appointment with my doctor.

When he came into the exam room, he was wearing a sweater vest.

I told him, “You look like Rick Santorum!”

The doctor said, “Not my candidate.”

I told him, “I like Herman Cain. I find it hard to believe that a man who had stage 4 cancer was involved with all these women. If he’s got that kind of stamina, maybe he’s the kind of guy we need as president!”

The doctor laughed.

I never knew that Herman Cain admitted to have a woman on the side. I’d still like to see him run for the Senate in Georgia.

I’m not so sure that being a “republican” is a badge of honor anymore. All the ones I like are disliked by the party high ups.

We don’t really know if the claims of a sex scandal were true do we? I just figured it was the usual $hit from the rats taking out their opposition - it’s not like the rats care who sleeps with who as long as they’re loyal rats.

I also thought Cain’s wife wasn’t up for the blood sport of D.C. politics.

“People like Trump because they see him as being patriotic.

O-bummer never misses an opportunity to say something bad about America, and people are sick of it.”

True, those Americans in France made me feel proud of us again. Absolutely tired of being beat down and apologized for and guilty about hard won success.

While I loved Cain, I loved him in spite of the fact that I knew he would never be elected. I have a much different feeling with Trump!

Exactly. Carson is this year's Cain. I love him, but I don't think he can defeat the GOPe. I don't think Cruz can get the prize with the deck stacked against him. Trump can, by appealing to the entire spectrum of Republicans, all of whom hate the GOP elites who control our choices. Trump may not be perfect for us conservatives, but if he just takes over the party and fires all the RNC staff, and keeps his promise on the border, he will have saved the country. If he makes Carson or Cruz his VP, he will also set us up for the next election cycle.

The GOPe will all join the Democrats.

I cannot figure out any logical reason why Jeb Bush would get even 11% of the voters who consider themselves to the right of the Republican Party.

He gets 11% of voters who told pollsters they consider themselves to the right of the Republican Party.

True, but his employer, Kraft Foods, is very much in the John Ellis Bush camp.

I was a big fan, and actually went to a rally, and my daughter got his signature on a campaign poster. I thought he had a chance.
