No; never saw South Park. I’d probably be OK with the story lines, but I absolutely positively despise animated anything, so wouldn’t watch based on that. When I see what my sister goes through with her grandchildren and the movies they watch hundreds of times... oy! A little corner of hell.
There use to be a with a couple named Edith and Harvey or something of that nature. He was always offensive and funny. I didn’t see his hows until years later but I will still look today at videos on line now and then. The Bunkers were their last name I think.
Trump doesn’t seem to leave things to chance. He probably used real professional marketing surveyors to find the public’s hot buttons instead of the incompetent and corrupt political pollsters we are so used to hearing. This may be why he is resonating so well. The Republicans have been fools to listen to the Zogbys.

I happened to be forced to watch some Larry Wilmore show muted with captions on at a local establishment. It was unblack this, white that with Wilmore mugging for the cameras in a desperate, obvious attempt to wring laughs out of non-humor.
When one race stereotyped another for comedic effect, they called it a monstrel show and everyone tsk-tsked about it. Now we have one race stereotyping another for comedic effect and it’s a nightly show on Comedy Central. So much for equality, diversity etc.
They may not realize it but they are rejecting leftism in general.
The challenge becomes getting them to link or equate the two.
