Wow, now I have to support Donald Trump. I am a clean hands freak too. I hate getting colds, and since I began my almost-most compulsive hand washing after an Infection Control Inservice over 30 years where I used to work, I have been remarkably cold free. And may I say I hate hate hate this new fashion of hugging. I do not like being hugged except by my closest family and friends, and even then only under special circumstances. While I’m at it, I also don’t like being called by my first name by people who do not know me well, unless and until I tell them it is okay, which I am unlikely to do.

One of the problems is that to most Republican politicians the term conservative has become nothing more than an obligatory campaign slogan. Another problem is that far too many politicians are liars.

Shaking hands is to show you come in peace and don’t have a sword in your hand. Most politicians would prefer a knife to sword and offer it to your back as opposed to facing you.
Yep. I'd like to think Trump is, at this very moment, placing an order for a million of those sample sized sanitizer bottles with his campaign logo on it to hand out at rallies.
Whether or not a politician shakes my hand is so far down on my list of issues I’ve never even thought about before.
