Bonus points to the article’s author for proper use of “magazine” instead of the oft-used and incorrect “clip.”
While the pistol gets the press (and rightly so), I thought it interesting that they are driving along and end up pulling over within 1000 feet of a school. And at 11:30 at night. And they get the added charges of “within a drug free zone” put on them.
While the idea of extra charges for a school zone is stupid anyway (sort of like “hate” crime), is this really the purpose of these zones?
