You might want to limit your potatoes and rice more than salt...and use himalayan salt

I’m one of those people who have to watch salt intake for health reasons. As long as the waiter and cook complies with my request for NO sodium on food it can be eliminated from, I have no problem with it. Although I think chefs over salt all food that it is used in.

I know how much I’m allowed, or I pay the big price in being tripped into swollen ankles, hands and Meniere’s attacks. Those are not pleasant. It effects my sense of balance and makes me walk like a drunk. If I fall I could break a hip easily. Let me add the salt.
