I have mixed feelings about National Conceal Carry. I am not sure how it would work. Shouldn’t it remain with the states? 2nd Amendment Foundation has been making great strides in this area. You know what happens when the Fedgov gets its nose under the tent. For the other program, I am more interested in hearing what cuts he will make, not new programs. Donald, don’t be a bernie.The part about "shall not be infringed" means that no state/county/ward/city should be able to deny the people. When it comes to universal constitutional rights (as actually laid out in the Constitution), individual States should not have a say as far as infringing the rights.
