1] The Roman Pontiff claims for himself [in the first place] that by divine right he is [supreme] above all bishops and pastors [in all Christendom].
2] Secondly, he adds also that by divine right he has both swords, i.e., the authority also of bestowing kingdoms [enthroning and deposing kings, regulating secular dominions etc.].
3] And thirdly, he says that to believe this is necessary for salvation. And for these reasons the Roman bishop calls himself [and boasts that he is] the vicar of Christ on earth.
4] These three articles we hold to be false, godless, tyrannical, and [quite] pernicious to the Church.
5] Now, in order that our proof [reason and opinion] may be [better] understood, we shall first define what they call being above all [what it means that he boasts of being supreme] by divine right. For they mean that he is universal [that the Pope is the general bishop over the entire Christian Church], or, as they say, ecumenical bishop, i.e., from whom all bishops and pastors throughout the entire world ought to seek ordination and [confirmation, who [alone] is to have the right of electing, ordaining, confirming, deposing all bishops [and pastors].

Anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of New Testament scripture knows that he is the "man of sin" mentioned in 2 Thessalonians and that the catholic "church" is that deceiving entity (doctrines of demons) of 1 Timothy 4.
Is the above what he actually said in an address on American soil at this time?
(Not a fan of this pope, but just wanted to fix the headline).
You don’t need a teacher to tell you that 2 + 2 = 4. You can see it for yourself. You have intuition. You don’t need a pastor to tell you that theft and murder are wrong. You can see it for yourself. You have a conscience. You don’t need a lawyer to tell you what the law is. You can see it for yourself. The law means what it says. Call no man father. Beware of what the ‘experts’ say. Do not relinquish your sovereign responsibility to see and choose for yourself.
He’s supposed to stick to Religion, not politics.
This is a peasant Pope from a peasant place who thinks everyone should live like peasants.
The simple problem is that if we all do what THIS Pope wanted then the world would be all starving. Capitalism is the pursuit of prosperity usually for ones family.
There is no prosperity in other ways.
If you want to look at Europe with it’s 100+ year mortgages, 300% tax on all goods sold and tens of thousands dying each year from a lack of heating or air conditioning as our goal then the Pope can go jump in front of oncoming traffic for all I care.
This Pope is such a fool outside of Religion that he doesn’t think the sun and planet are making the weather, he believes that man causes changes. This is insanity like when past generations believed the Sun revolved around the Earth.
Easy for the Pope to say let everyone in. I think if we do that it is into a camp with tents to real soon send them BACK.
Pope doesn’t like our border wall concepts, but the Pope lives behind one of the grandest secured walls I’ve ever seen. When I’ve been to the Vatican there is air conditioning to preserve the art, there is immense security and I hear it has the strictest immigration laws in the world.
I think we need to adapt the Vatican’s walls and immigration policies, not adapt its current Pope’s dreams of misery and poverty for all.
You know, if you knock down a few pegs a country and society like America you gain nothing. What you do is lose a world resource for helping others. Capitalism creates wealth for those who work hard and more wealth for those who work hard at the right things.
The byproduct of Capitalism often is great charity. American takes in more immigrants than the whole rest of the world.
America give more in charity than any other country.
How Pope F do we give if we listen to you and have a lot less of everything?
The Pope needs to attend a business school. You teach someone to do better by imitating success, not by tearing down the successful and taking away all motivation and wealth.
Stupid is as stupid does.
Actually, according to the canons of Vatican I, the Pope has temporal power also, so he can talk about politics if he wants to.
Isn’t it wonderful that there is an American administration that is in lockstep with a Catholic administration whose word is gospel?
I don’t really care WHERE valid information comes from
There is a special this week on sheets with hoods and burning crosses down at Walmart.
Jews do not generally have very good Jewish educations.
Shemittah and Yovel are covered at least once a year around Passover in the Torah reading ‘Parshat Behar’.
Any traditional Jewish web site will have many essays on it.
Quote-Isnt it wonderful that there is an American administration that is in lockstep with a Catholic administration whose word is gospel?
It is not an accident DC has ancient occultict sun worship symbols in its backdrop.
The same found at the Vatican..
This ‘marriage’ is thousands of years in the making...
And all in plain sight for those with eyes to see.
He can talk about “The View” for all I care and run around with a bad weave giving interviews on Bravo if he wants; but outside of Religion his infallibility hits a big Vatican wall.
This guy is supposed to be the “world leader” of the Christians ..
but when is he going to mention Christ Jesus and Him crucified ???
No wonder the world has no respect for God and the Bible..
This guy who is a liar and a fool is treated like a rock star and protected like a visiting leader of a nation instead of the humble servant of the Christians that he claims to be..
The Queen of England has not been treated so well when she visited..nor Bibi...
This is insanity like when past generations believed the Sun revolved around the Earth.
and it was another catholic pope who wanted to hang Galileo for saying it didn’t..
