Hillary Clinton's infamous use of a private, home-based email server as secretary of state was illegal and practically no different from Gen. David Petraeus's criminal mishandling of secret government documents, a top Republican official argued Sunday in a national op-ed.

Ken Cuccinelli, the Republican former attorney general of Virginia, wrote in the New York Post that the Democratic presidential front-runner is 'already in just as bad - or worse - of a legal situation than Petraeus faced' because of the private emails.

Petraeus pleaded guilty in April to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified intelligence, fined $100,000 and sentenced to two years' probation.

I’d settle for someone in authority telling her to retire, don’t speak to the media. Don’t comment on anything and don’t take any speaking engagements for 25 years. Close down the foundation and live ONLY off the government pension.

It’s likely the FBI will recommend prosecution, and then it will be up to Obama’s Justice Department to decide whether to proceed.

Bill Clinton ended the “honor among thieves” society. Every republican who ever looked at another woman was scared to death of being outed. Billy wasn’t going down by himself. And neither will Hillary.

Hillary has been breaking the law since before her and Bill occupied the White House. Nothing has happened to her yet and nothing will happen to her in the future.

Hillary is a criminal and belongs in prison. But she will not be prosecuted. They might come up with a slap on the wrist but nothing else. She will have to write on the blackboard “I will not commit any more crimes” 50 times.

She could still be president because there are many people in this country that can easily be bought off with a cell phone or other such nonsense and they will vote for her. Obama was the anti Hillary vote and we have been stuck with him for 8 years. A do nothing junior senator that only voted present while he was in the senate. Who claimed that running for office is what qualified him to be president.
