Trump: I’ll Release My Tax Returns Once We Get The Truth On Hillary Clinton’s Emails
Daily Caller ^ | 10/4/15 | Steve Guest

Posted on 10/04/2015 6:18:52 PM PDT by markomalley

Donald Trump insisted that once “we find out the true story on Hillary’s emails,” he will release his tax returns during an appearance on ABC’s “This Week” Sunday with George Stephanopoulos.

Trump explained that when he pays his taxes, “I pay as little as possible, I’m very proud to tell you… [and] I fight like hell to pay as little as possible.”

George Stephanopoulos: Getting any closer to releasing your tax returns?

Donald Trump: Well I’m thinking about it. I’m thinking about maybe when we find out the true story on Hillary’s emails. You know, I’ve been saying that for a while, let’s find out the true story.

Stephanopoulos: That’s been your line.

Trump: You know what, I’m very honest on my tax returns.

Stephanopoulos: What is your tax rate?

Trump: I’m not going to say it, but at some point, I’m going to release it. But I pay as little as possible, I’m very proud to tell you… I fight like hell to pay as little as possible.

Hey Georgie, why don’t you release your tax returns?

Why are we obsessed with just the Presidents and Candidates tax returns? I am more interested in the tax returns of lots of mid and upper level government employees. That is where most of the money goes anyway.

How about Huma Abedin’s tax returns. She had three jobs while being employed at the State Department. It would be interesting to find out how much we paid her along with how much she was paid by outside organizations to influence pedal on their behalf.

That sounds like me. I used to say, back when I actually paid taxes, “I’m a republican. I try not to pay taxes.”

Republicans should stop granting interviews to Steph. He’s a Clinton hack and has no real journalist experience.

She had three jobs while being employed at the State Department.

Four.

"This summer, The Washington Post revealed that, at one point, Abedin — unusually granted “special government employee” status — was getting paid four different ways: from the taxpayers for her State work, from the Clinton Foundation, as political adviser to Hillary and by the Clinton-allied firm Teneo Holdings. If I were Donald Trump and thank God I am not, I would not get in a big hurry to release those tax returns.
We all know the GOPe is never going to allow him to be their party’s nominee. If he wins three primaries, the gloves will come off and we will see a scorched earth campaign from the GOPe that will make anything the Democrats have ever pulled look like the antics of a high school election.

I am still miffed that Mr. Trump pledged to not run as a third party candidate. I think he is the only one that could pull it off.

Of course, just like they did with Romney. He paid millions of dollars a year and was castigated for not paying enough by people who cheat at everything.
