"John Roberts hasn't had his say yet"

Yes he has, in 2006. Roberts created this problem.

The Waters of the US has always been a contentious issue. When Roberts became chief justice he wanted to constrict EPA/Corp on US waters.

Roberts used two cases: the Rapanos case and the Carabell case to do that. But, there were conflicting decisions which has created chaos in the lower courts.

EPA didn't do anything, thinking that SCOTUS would clarify the decision with another case, but SCOTUS never did.

Finally, EPA decided to rewrite the regs(2013), which will put this back in Robert's lap, and force him to fix it.

As long as Obama/Jarrett are holding over Roberts’ head

the fact that Roberts adopted two Irish children (which is illegal) by having them sent from Ireland to live for a period of time in a central American country before he ‘adopted’ them

Roberts will do anything they tell him.

Open the Books, a nonpartisan and nonprofit group based in Illinois, scanned tens of thousands of the agency’s spending contracts totaling more than $93 billion from 2000 to 2014.

Among the findings were hundreds of millions of dollars on high-end office furnishings, sports equipment and “environmental justice” grants to raise awareness of global warming.

The report also reveals that seven of 10 EPA employees make more than $100,000 a year and more than 12,000 of its 16,000 employees were given bonuses last year despite budget cuts.

The EPA also employs more than 1,000 attorneys, making it one of the largest law firms in the country.

The agency also sent over $50 million since 2000 to international organizations, including groups in Mexico and China.

Bet he fixes it in Obama’s favor.

Most of the agencies are stockpiling weapons. Well, it’s shocking. But agencies have to justify their existence by spending money. Might as well stockpile military gear. Question is what are they preparing for?

Thank goodness Trump understands the danger of the EPA

We need to impeach Roberts. After election, let’s do so. Our strength is going as more and more people are waking up. We need a leader.

The problem derives from the EPA’s very name - Environmental Protection Agency. Note that this explicitly states the agency is to protect the environment, not people, businesses nor activities. There is no limit to what the activists who work there and at the environmental lobby groups (often the same at different times) WOULD DO to protect their VISION of the environment. In the ultimate ‘reducto ab adsurdum’ they would be pleased by whatever would reduce the human footprint upon the planet.

Logically, it would be a good thing to put a collar around their mission as had been tried many times. Remember the ‘Economic Justification’ laws passed to make them show a cost and benefit analysis of an EPA proposal? Never see anything close to a clear declaration, wonder why?

So who will bell the cat this time when the legendary LIV roots for clean air and water AND votes Democrat because the Republicans want dirty air and water! The MSM say that over and over again!

Obama will ignore it. He doesn’t give a damn about obeying rulings or laws or the Constitution.

The Republicans under George Bush voted for some of it. I did some googling. EPA, USPS, SSA, IRS, USDA, Dept of Education, many others, they are all into hollow-point bullets.

The better to keeeeel you with, my dear.

Bush started Homeland Security to protect the United States from radical Muslims. It was started AFTER the 9/11 attack. And yes, those organizations were armed.

What we have today under the stink of filthy democrat liars is paranoid government agencies who think their job is to take on fellow Americans because of their political beliefs.

Think “IRS” or any of the other low IQ - high control freak losers we pay to watch porn on their computers all day...
