They are now all gray, and their pensions are starting to get filled in the high point of it’s bell curve, they are maxing our their 403b and donate gobs of money to causes that make you want to barf....

Well said. There is a reason God made male and female and gave each unique and good gifts. If there were no need for separation of duties He would have simply made us androgynous or asexual and to reproduce from from body parts like rhizomes.
