I agree about the Second District. Got this from the Maine GOP today:

Maine GOP Announces Donald J. Trump Qualifies for Maine Presidential Nominating Caucus

Seeking to Make America Great Again, Trump will compete in Maine

AUGUSTA – The Maine GOP today announced that businessman Donald J. Trump has officially qualified for the ballot for the Maine GOP Presidential Nominating Caucuses.

“Mr. Trump’s message, and expressed reason for running – to Make America Great Again – truly resonate here in Maine,” said Maine GOP Chairman Richard Bennett.

“Maine’s economy has suffered from job losses in bad trade deals and from government bureaucrats who sometimes don’t understand what it takes to create more opportunities and bigger paychecks, and Mr. Trump's message goes to the heart of these issues,” said Mr. Bennett. “We welcome Mr. Trump to the race, and we look forward to working with him and his team.”

"I greatly appreciate the professional service shown by the representatives of the state of Maine. It is my great honor to be on the ballot and I look forward to Making America Great Again," said Mr. Trump.

The Maine GOP Presidential Nominating Caucus will be held Saturday, March 5th, from 9 AM until 7 PM at sites across the state of Maine. Candidates will compete for a direct allocation of delegate votes to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, where the Republican candidate for President of the United States will be officially nominated.

###

The Maine Republican Party is the state’s premiere political organization holding the State’s highest office, a U.S. Senator, a U.S. Congressman, and a chamber of the Maine State Legislature as well as many local elected town, county, and city elected offices.

Not to mention all the prison population, they will make sure they can vote too. My thoughts as well. That is why she laughs.

The American People are saying no such thing, unless they are the media.

Media is praising Hillary, but that was going to happen regardless of what transpired in this hearing.

Now, will some Americans take the media’s praises and make it their own? Of course. Will the media find plenty of average Joes and Janes to praise Hillary’s stamina? Of course!

Enough to make her untouchable until next November—no.

The fact is, this election, like 2008, is almost guaranteed to see the opposition party win. The pendulum swings. Hillary has a bigger uphill battle than McCain did.

Completely agree with you, and note your very good examples from history.

These men seem to come once a generation or so, do they not?

You are right, he won’t sit back and take it. BUT he should have active spotters reporting back to him, just what is happening, long ahead of time in preparation for the busloads of illegals....if it’s done in time, it will be exposed, and will create an even greater backlash against Hillary and her cynical Dem machine, and how they “practice politics”.”It’s all in the timing” Somehow, we’ve gotten inured to this kind of thing happening every election cycle, and it managed to slide right by, NOT this time.

President Trump’s Cabinet

Jefferson Sessions as Vice President

Department of State, (return INS.) – John Bolton
Department of Justice – Rep. Steve King
Department of Treasury, (includes former Homeland Security - Customs) – Carl Icahn (Offered and Accepted)
Department of War, (change the name back.) – Gen. James Mattis
Department of Interior, (includes the legitimate functions only of former Dept. of Transportation, Dept. of Homeland Security - Border Patrol, and Energy Departments) – Gov. Palin
Department of Health and Human Services (include the VA function.) – Dr. Ben Carson
Department of Labor and Commerce – Herman Cain

This proposed model has the President directly managing eight subordinates which is slightly higher than optimal.

Department of Homeland Security – ELIMINATE
Department of Education – ELIMINATE as proposed by The Donald, 9/23/25 at a Columbia, SC Town Hall with Sen. Tim Scott.
Department of Energy – ELIMINATE
Department of Housing and Urban Development – ELIMINATE
Department of Veterans Affairs - ELIMINATE
Department of Agriculture – ELIMINATE
Department of Transportation - ELIMINATE

On Fox news Sunday, 10/18/15 Trump said he’d cut funding for EPA and Dept. of Ed.

In non-cabinet level jobs

Sheriff Clarke should be FBI Director
Michelle Bachman as IRS Commissioner under Secretary Carl Icahn in Treasury
Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons as Undersecretary of War - Navy Branch.
LTC Allen West as Undersecretary of War – Army Branch.
Lynnette “Diamond” Hardaway and Rochelle “Silk” Richardson would be great as President Trumps Co-Press Secretaries.

Marsha Blackburn, Speaker of the House
Ted Cruz as Senate Majority Leader.

Yeah, at the Reagan Library, the electorate map had the Democrats communist red.

It was too accurate for them to be comfortable with.

Hopefully he is putting his detectives in those areas that are more likely to be prone to cheating.

Don’t take anything for granted Donald!

About her stamina—modern medicine is a marvelous thing. Her doctors probably gave her something to calm her nerves down. As far as her pshyical appearance, she had some work down on her face and definitely looked much younger. I have been looking at her face closely these past few years and she definitely looked much older previously.

About her performance—she/they have had 3 years to go over everything so she gave a better performance then she did last time. But that was all that it was a performance.

We lost elections because we thought that the Republican party was OUR PARTY, now we know better. We were BETRAYED by our own party that gave a half-hearted effort and had no heart or true beliefs. As Rush Limbaugh said a few years ago—The Republican Party has no ideology.

They played the game of calling themselves conservatives because they knew that they needed that brand to win elections, but their hearts were not in it. They just wanted to line their own pockets and be lobbyists for the cronies that made up the donor class.

Many people today believe in what had been called “conspiracy theories” in the past. Of course not everything that is said is true but many people are realizing how corruption works in this country. The media and especially the internet has opened people’s eyes to what American corruption is really like. When we hear the word corruption, I think most of us think of some third world country and it was unthinkable to say that our country was corrupt—it would have seemed unpatriotic and extreme to say such a thing. But today many people are catching on to how it really works in the first world nations likes ours. In the first world nations the leaders have to pretend to be ladies and gentlemen, in the third world countries they don’t bother. First world countries have to be more suave, clever and charming to win the people’s loyalty. We have more likable crooks, that is the difference.

Democrats have gotten away with their criminality because our side had such great guys like John McCain that were eager to “reach across the aisle” to their friends on the Democrat side. How much money was traded every time he “reached across the aisle”?

Remember how in 2000 the tv networks were announcing early that Florida had gone Democrat? Three of the nations time zones had not finished voting but many Republicans may not have gone out to vote because they believed it was useless. There is more than one way to throw an election.

I hope that Trump is prepared if the Dems and their friends in the networks try this same thing again. I hope that he has ads prepared that urge people to vote until the very end. Do not believe what they say!

Oh absolutely. But one that unfortunately gave her a stand ovation for super majority of the country.

Do you think that Democrat voters are still as dumb as they have always been or do you think that this time the mass media/Democrat Party cabal have overplayed their hand?

“Why don’t the states of Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota which are heavily White vote for out interests? I hope they finally wake up.”

They have, and they will again, but ONLY IF we (the Republicans) give them a reason to. That seems to be the sticking points.

For example, immigration: Republican party leaders promise to flood us with millions of new workers, some of them very skilled (I know, I saw them build my house - these are not just lettuce pickers). Democrat Party leaders promise to flood us with millions of new workers, some of them very skilled (I know, I saw them build my house - these are not just lettuce pickers).

So if you’re an electrician or auto workers or something similar, both parties are IDENTICAL when it comes to whether you can keep your job - you won’t. But the Dems wind up winning their votes because the Dems will give you more handouts with less strings if they’re in power, so the Dems get the votes. So either way you’re out of work, but under the Dems you live a bit better.

But if a Republican shows up and makes a decent case that he’ll protect your job (or get you back to work), then EVERYTHING CHANGES and that Republican becomes competitive for those votes, as we’re seeing with Trump.

Bottom line, if Republicans won’t give whites a reason to vote for them, then they don’t deserve their votes and white have PROVEN that they won’t blindly given them (i.e., Republicans) their votes - at least not in the numbers needed to win.
