Isaiah 17 talks about it. Damascu is supposed to be the longest inhabited city in the world but the prophetic scriptures talk about a future time when it will never be inhabited ever again. There might be other passages but this is the one I’m familiar with. Hope this helps!

just search for “Russia ready to use nuclear” and see how many times this has been said in the past. The only thing I would worry about is if they have the abort codes for our nukes but I love disaster flicks.

I don’t think it’s going to happen because the world comes together against Israel in prophecy and if that is true we can’t blow each other up beforehand. Well, maybe, there is one church in rev that doesn’t go through the tribulation. :)

That phrase on google news exclusively brings up valuewalk.com articles. On regular web, we have Putin saying Russia was ready to put nuclear forces on alert over Crimea near the beginning of 2015.

Nothing about Russia considering nukes over Syria.
