I must say, I'm impressed that someone
from CA joined the military when most
of everyone was protesting the war.

Okay, Saturday was pretty much a washout,
literally, as it rained pretty much all day;
so we hung out at home, watching shows on Hulu
and making homemade beef-veggie soup.

Yesterday we hung out with son & DIL
to watch the Redskins lose; again.

Still babying my back.
I'd hate to have to go to the doctor,
especially, since I haven't gotten my new policy yet,
but this is taking too long to heal.
It's better when I stand but today
I have a lot of sitting to do. Grrr.

Going to make a quick walk-thru
and then get busy.
But please stay right where you are.
Chat up the military or a family member.
No need to fret...you know I'll be back!

The FR Canteen is

Blechy rain weekend, huh? Our weather was coolish with spotty rain showers.

My teams had byes this weekend so I laid low and couch-potatoed it with a little grocery shopping too.

Son came over yesterday afternoon to hang out for awhile.

A rainy Saturday, and cool weekend. We had frost this morning.

If back isn’t better by the end of the week, I’m going to have to call the insurance company to find out if they are still covering me while I wait for new policy. Can’t spend my retirement babying my back.

Good Morning. (((HUGS))) Windy, rainy, quiet. Two flights coming up prior to T-Day. Guess some folks don’t want to deal with the airlines. One to Jackson Hole, the other Chicago (yet again) but they’re just drop-off’s. Do an overnight at O’Hare and home.
