They think and actually believe that their peacenik ways, the peace at any price philosophy, can prevail. The really bad part is they have conjured up a delusion of a mighty diplomatic coalition that will prevail

Obama prefers targeting climate change because there is no immediate accountability in that. Terrorism is then just a detail in the overarching struggle with climate change. You win some and lose some.
