The fight against ISIS will not be won with military action but by bringing an end to the civil war in Syria around the negotiating table, Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Monday.
"We stand before the dilemma that the battle against ISIS must be continued, but everyone also knows that in the end the battle against terrorism can't be won militarily," Steinmeier told journalists as he arrived at an EU foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels.
"I personally remain convinced that... we will only move forward in the Middle East if, above all, we work energetically on those questions which can lead to a de-escalation of the conflict in Syria," he said. ...

This premise is totally wrong. ISIS will not engage in any treaties, cease fires, elections, councils or any other government agreements.
Building the “New World Order” is much more important and dealing with ‘climate change’ to build it is much more important.
Even after 9/11, the nation at the root of the terrorism, Saudi Arabia was ignored because of its economic importance to the NWO.
Now that’s the kind of climate change we need.

This has nothing to do with Syria. If Libya hasn’t told us anything, then shame on the world. Assad is the last defense against ISIS and his departure will grant ISIS unfettered access across the middle east.
No, deport them and those who are caught and turn out to be ISIS kill without prejudice.
The fighting spirit of the Norsemen has been bred out.
He does have the key. They have only been working normally on de-escalation. If they work energetically on de-escalation, peace will prevail.
