Monday night at a rally in Knoxville, TN, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said instead of bringing refugees to the United States he would build a “big, beautiful safe zone†in Syria.
Trump said, “What I like is build a safe zone in Syria. Build a big, beautiful safe zone, and you have whatever it is so people can live, and they’ll be happier.â€
Her added, “So You keep ’em in Syria. You build a tremendous safe zone, it’ll cost you tremendously much less, much less, and they’ll be there and the weather’s the same. And the weather is the same and then when this horrible situation that is so horrible run. We don’t know what we are doing. When its all over they move back and they go back into their cities, and they rebuild there cities. And they start out and they start over again.â€

It also appears to be contrary to his insistence there should be no "no fly zone".
I agree. But better them there than in the western world.
Does anyone notice that Trump like to use the word “Beautiful” every time he talks about building something?
This is what he does, though. Grand, generalized promises.

Makes perfect sense. Why should we allow Muslim jihadi infiltrators a chance to sneak into our country?
I think we should build a big university in that safe zone and all students who feel microsagressed can go there.
It will need some thermonuclear leveling first.

I think they should continue with U.N. plans to spread millions of Muslims/Syrians throughout the planet so the seeding can continue.
Because he's right! Trump is not the first to say it, but the West - and with the U.S. in the lead, if necessary - needs to establish a safe zone in Syria. One free from islamists, one where Syrian Christians and other local minorities can find peace.
It wouldn't be easy, not at all. But it's the only solution. Migrants go to that safe zone, not to Europe.
And that's very different from a no-fly zone. The no-fly idea was aimed at Russia, period. Trump's idea is aimed against the islamists only. Russia would probably pitch in, if asked.

Trump seems to have an original thought every day.
Since the majority of the so-called refugees are men of military age, put them in uniforms, and send them back to Syria to fight either Asad or ISIS.
Generalized pretty much describes most of your posts when it comes to Trump.
I don’t attack Cruz, merely lean towards Trump. Reaganesque that. I only give Trump the edge because he IS the quintessential cheerleader. We need someone like that. Obama would be the opposite of course.
After the events in Paris on 11/13, I will be adding
this to my posts for the next week. I'm certain our
turn is coming again soon. We stand united against
Islamic extremists.
