Just do it. Call the FEDS’ bluff and challenge them to send in muscle. Barry will fold like a cheap suit.
I’m not sure that states can prevent the entry of these potential terrorists, but states can make life pretty miserable for them. I would suggest no state services at all, except for a ring of outhouses around the Obama bus that brings them, and then plenty of pork hot dogs for meals. The Christians will do just fine.
