Actually, I believe he is “clear eyed” on ISIS. He knows exactly what they are doing. He knocked out Lybia and Egyptian leaders, paving way for the brotherhood there, tried same in Syria’ failed, and evacuated our troops from Iran to give ISIS a new home. With Valarie Jerrett, a Muslim, as his chief advisor, with a Muslim father, grandfather and great grandfather, with schooling in Muslim schools, and by even taking a Muslim name, Barack being the name of mohammad’s horse, why does anyone doubt he knows exactly what he is doing? How “clear” can it get before people can see it?
