He learned a lot from following the Reagan campaign in 1980. They are miles apart in style but he’s still learned enough to do what no other Republican has been able to do since Reagan left the scene. He’s rebuilding the Reagan coalition. The media, GOP establishment and democrats hate Trump just as much as they hated RWR...and just like RWR he’s riding their disdain right into middle America and the American people love him for it.

My belief is similar except that I see the media as the megaphone source of the PC, open border adoration, divide and destroy our USA culture, gun hating, hate crime immunity loving, Christian hating left. The media pulls the strings of what we call Democrat Party leadership and determine committee assignments, SCOTUS picks, candidates, etc.
