On Tuesday night the latest bastion against religious intolerance was swept away, as the Dail voted unanimously to repeal Section 37 of the state's Employment Equality Act. Section 37 granted specific exemptions for "religious, educational or medical institutions" when it came to gay rights, allowing them "to maintain the religious ethos of the institution".

Removing the section will mean that the Church will be unable to maintain Catholic schools. "Gay rights" is the new state religion that will criminalize any dissent.
Crossing Ireland off my bucket list ...
Here is the preamble to the Irish Constitution:
In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, from Whom is all authority and to Whom, as our final end, all actions both of men and States must be referred,We, the people of Ãire,Humbly acknowledging all our obligations to our Divine Lord, Jesus Christ, Who sustained our fathers through centuries of trial,
I guess they are just following in the footsteps of the once great America. Sexual deviants are now more important than God.
” Crossing Ireland off my bucket list ...”
The sane world is shrinking fast. What’s left, Russia? Antarctica?
The mounting vice and corruption are becoming Biblical in their proportions.
Just like 4 centuries ago, they will need to come to America to practice their faith. Oh wait...
Thats right, the places to ‘hide’ are shrinking fast. Eventually each one of us will have to chose who we will serve. No more fence sitting...
They outsourced a lot of my company’s jobs to Ireland, so it’s long been off my bucket list. I’ve never worked with such a bunch of lazy, leftist slackers. Here or there, there’s a good and smart worker. A bunch of the rest of them barely speak English. Now this latest news...
Unbelievable. Shocking. Tragic.
Maybe that’s why they are so scared of climate change. They subconsciously know God’s judgment is coming and are trying to stop it.
It was such a beautiful island, thankful I saw it in her glory days ...
how pitifully sad, to surrender to the pressures of the Evil One.
Yes. Very sad.
Another mission field, joining China, EU and USA.
St Patrick drove the snakes from Ireland, but it seems they snuck back in.
Was Brietbart a queer?
I’ve met a few Irishmen, and they were a funny, happy-go-lucky lot, trite as that may sound. But these days, Ireland as a whole has gone ‘round the bend. It’s become a corrupt, godless shell of itself, at least from this distance. So, notwithstanding its heralded beauty or the hospitality of its inidividual citizens, I’ll find somewhere else to spend my travel dollars.
If you’re willing to accept the local values (”when in Rome ...”), I would suppose there are hundreds of beautiful, welcoming venues left. I try to be a conscientious consumer, and refrain from spending my money where it gives aid and comfort to my ideological enemies.
The rapid transformation of Ireland from a conservative Catholic country to perhaps the leading enemy of Christian conscience in the Western world is one of the dramatic and frightening stories of our time.
