Dukakis: Tycoon GOP’s ‘weakest’
Boston Herald ^ | December 23, 2015 | Matt Stout

GOP front-runner Donald Trump is the “weakest” of the still-bulging Republican presidential field — according
to 1988’s unsuccessful Democratic nominee Michael Duk-
akis, who said his party should welcome a shot to run against the brash business tycoon.

“I think Hillary is probably going to win the nomination. But it’s going to be a very tough fight in the final,” said the former Massachusetts governor.

“If I were the Democratic nominee, I would want to have Trump. I think he’s the weakest. But what do I know?” said Dukakis, who lost to George
H.W. Bush.

Yep, I’ve been waiting for Dukakis to weigh in on this campaign. Blast from the past....................

One time, I heard Dukakis blame himself for “W” being elected president. Reason being, if Dukakis had defeated Bush 41, then “W” never would have been considered a serious presidential candidate, and would never have run for president in the first place.

Based on that reasoning, would we be faced with a president Hillary, if Bill Clinton had never been elected president???? Something to think about.

Isn’t it funny how huge losers (dukakis, McCain, Romney) have opinions about who is a loser nowadays?

Arrogance and irony.

Yep, I remember that debate. He was like an automaton launching into his debate point, ignoring the question about what would he do if his wife were raped and murdered.

I suspect now they’ll dig up that ba$tard Ted Kennedy to tell us what a letch, sot and dirty old ba$tard Trump is.

Give me a break. If this is all they got, Trump will eat them before breakfast and fart them out before lunch.

Clinton would never have been elected President if George HW Bush had simply been a caretaker president and maintained what Reagan had built. But, unfortunately as a GOPe, he had to screw up everything handed to him on a silver platter!

If Clinton had lost to Bush, he would have never been heard from again. Like Dukakis, the Democratic losers are shunned.

Remember the blues (music) club scene from the Naked Gun movies? Visions of depressed people dining and drinking with disaster photos behind them on the wall. In succession: the Hindenburg, the Titanic and the Duke.

I was just thinking that we should get his opinion. Now we just need to hear from Hubert Humphrey’s former next door neighbor.
