What risk? He cares a whit what people think? Look at the assorted villains Clinton pardoned. How has that affected him? He doesn’t lose sleep over them nor would Obama.

Two years ago the wife and I were in the Eastern Kansas area and drove by Fort Leavenworth prison just to take a look.

But it is the hell hole these criminals need to go to.
