Of course...Tuesday's just as bad if ya have to work!
I'm debating staying home.
The roadways are still covered in snow and ice...
...and I'm a big sissy when it comes to taking the chance!
Hope all of you enjoy a Terrific Tuesday!
....and get home early to hearth and home!
((((hugs))))

Thank you for the thread, Ladies!
I was at Blanding in ‘98, as a middle-aged E-5. A lifetime ago, now.
Out in the training areas, you could still see the pilings of the old WW2-era barracks that served as the camp for German POW’s.

((HUGS))Good morning, LUV W. How’s it going?

Howdy, EGC! (((hugs)))
All is well here...just trying to make the decision whether to try the icy highway to work this morning.
My instinct tells me “no way”....and they’ve already delayed an opening. I think it’s gonna be another sweats-all-day event for me. :)
Are things thawing out up there? My granddaughters sure did enjoy the snow in the OKC area!

Thawing out a little. We did go out to the lake for a few minutes. Supposed to be a little warmer today. Hopefully we can get all the ice melted.

Hope you can, too. Those moles and gophers and turtles aren’t gonna catch themselves! :)

One of my co-workers came back through there two days ago, on their way home from the Canton/Tyler area. They’re glad Texans like winches.
They slid into the cable barrier in the freeway median and needed a pull to get unstuck. A passing local boy hooked ‘em up with his winch and pulled ‘em back out onto the Interstate.

Yep...we try to stay prepared for stuff around here. Never know when you’ll need a good winch! :)
Glad your co-workers got home safely, too! :)
