Breitbart ^ | 1/5/2016 | Pam Key

Tuesday in Boone, IA, Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)said on immigration he differs from his opponent Donald Trump because he explained Trump advocated allowing those deported to come back. Transcript of YouTube video uploaded by Lisa Angelos as follows: QUESTIONER: Both you and Donald Trump are really strong on immigration, but he supports deporting all the illegal immigrants. Are you willing to say the same? CRUZ: Absolutely, yes. We should enforce the law. QUESTIONER: All? CRUZ: We should enforce the law. QUESTIONER: OK. CRUZ: And in fact, look, there’s a difference. He’s advocated allowing folks to come back in and become citizens. I oppose that. QUESTIONER: So no citizens and all of them? CRUZ: So, if you read I have a very very detailed 11-page immigration proposal that’s on my website it’s TedCruz.org. And It was designed with Rep. Steve King were the two who sat down with me to prepare it and it is enforce the law across the board.

How come Trump wants to allow these lawbreakers back into the country? Ted Cruz doesn't believe they should be rewarded for breaking our immigration laws. I guess Donald Trump really does have a soft spot in his heart for illegal aliens after all. Viva Amnesty! Viva Trump! Before typing H1B, TPP or any other straw arguments beaten to death already ad infinitum, just for once try to address the topic at hand.

I prefer that anyone here illegally is sent out and not allowed to legally return. Period.
Several people have said that only happens the 3rd time, by law, on some other threads I have read.
That law should be changed.

If you say people who leave on their own can apply to immigrate like anyone else, but those who are deported can’t, it’s an incentive for them to leave without having to find and deport them. Carrot and stick.

Trump says the good ones can come back, but legally. I guess you don’t understand what a process it is to become an American citizen, do you? Of course, Ted won’t let them come back in - he has no intention of deporting them. Case solved!

I believe that would the the outcome of what Cruz is saying.

I want to see those numbers after the rest of the conservatives get it into perspective.
Or maybe you can tell everyone about it for us.
Then tell them you are voting for Trump.
The look on their face should be priceless.

While Cruz wants to legalize them in place.

Bingo. You make it in their own interest to leave the country and start the legal process first. Then we won’t have the expense of deporting the huge numbers. It should dwindle to a manageable number.

Uh. Cruz silent on whether he will let deports etc. Come back legally. Trump silent on how will let some back in , but can assume it will be legal. Cruz has history of loving lots more legal immigrants. Trump not so.

I choose Trump on this round.

However, if you are willing to deport them, and allow them to come back in, you will encourage the illegal behavior until you stop that.
Trump’s plan deports them all and allows only the “good ones” back in.
More “good ones” will still try to come in illegally, before they get caught and go back.
I hope they rewrite this law.
No three strikes rule.
If you are here illegally, and you are caught, you cannot come back.

More retardation from the Cruz side of FR.

Inching closer to me staying home in November if this guy gets the nomination.

Cruz said they can’t come back. That means they’ve BEEN deported. His immigration plan is all about enforcing the law and Deportation.

If you want to vote for Trump, fine, but get the facts straight.

That would make sense if when they came back in, no one knew they were ever here illegally in the 1st place.
That would probably be the case with many of them.
The government isn’t really tracking them anyway, I suppose.

Ted Cruz doesn't believe they should be rewarded for breaking our immigration laws.

What do you call legalizing 40 million illegals so they can stay permanently and bring in their relatives via chain immigration? Cruz has zero intention if deporting them. Twist it anyway you want, the bottom line is Cruz supports amnesty. Trump's plan is to deport them all and then let them get in line to come back only if it benefits America. Cruz is running on a platform of half truths and you Cruzers are falling for it hook, line and sinker.

If deported from the United States, by law you that person cannot get a visa until 10 years in most cases. It’s the law as it stands right now. It’s 20 years or more for someone who has been forcibly removed more than once from the United States.

Re:”Inching closer to me staying home in November if this guy gets the nomination”

Spoken like a petulant child who if not given their way cries about it, throws a fit and breaks everything in sight.
What grade did you say you were in?
You aren’t deserving of the liberties granted us by this country’s forefathers.
Either you are a liberal troll or you are a steaming pile of human excrement.
Retard, huh?
