I understand the laws quite well.
And I didn’t say anything about where Obama was born. Even if he was born in Hawaii, he isn’t NBC, not if Barack Obama, Sr. is really his father.
You understand what you want from laws.
The way the legal system works is that ALL and current laws a germane to every situation. Laws that have been deleted, altered or changed, are no longer valid.
There is no instance in the LAW that demands that a citizen born beyond the borders MUST have to two legal USA parents, the same as a citizen born inside the borders.
Under your trumpbot interpolation, anyone born in the USA outside of wedlock is not a citizen. What an absurd concept!

Under our Constitution, the Congress is empowered to set our NATURALIZATION laws.
But, in the one single instance, the Constitution absolutely REQUIRES that a President be a Natural Born Citizen.
That is not the same as being a mere citizen. Reading your post it seems that you’re confused about this point.
Naturalized citizens have all of the same privileges and immunities as natural born citizens, except for one thing: they cannot serve as President of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces.
Neither Ted Cruz, nor Barack Obama, nor Marco Rubio, meet the requirement. At least not if you care at all about Original Intent.
